The person who I will describe is my mum. Her name is Iolanda. She was born in 1968 in Bellaguarda. She's catalan and nowadays she lives in Algerri (Catalonia). She doesn't work. She isn't a famous person, but I write about her because she's one of the most important people in my life.
She's unemployed but she had cared about our family all of her life. She's very good at doing handmade things like dolls and she has sold them at our village market.
Her achievements are growing up our family and caring every day of us. She's also very good at cooking. I admire her because she had helped ONGs doing handmade dolls and giving it to them. She has fantastic values like being honest and real.
In conclusion, I think that my mum is a brave, strong person and I wish I can be like her when I'll be older.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Last month, 1st March I bought a tablet on
your website. The tablet (model) was a Samsung Galaxy E6 and it cost £99.99. It arrived yesterday at my house but then I
discovered that something was wrong.
First when I used it was all
OK, but then I realised that the volume botton wasn't working. I tried to
repare it turning it off and turning it on again, but unfortunately it doesn't
work.
So, I write to you to know
how I could solve this problem. Maybe I could change it for a new one or you
can repare it. If it isn't possible I would like a refund.
Yours faithfully,
Àgueda Camarasa

Eton Mess
Eton mess is a traditional English dessert consisting of a mixture of strawberries, broken meringue and whipped double cream. First mentioned in print in 1893 it is commonly believed to originate from Eton College and is served at the annual cricket match against the pupils of Harrow School.
It was originally made with either strawberries or bananas mixed with ice-cream or cream. Meringue was a later addition. An Eton mess can be made with many other types of summer fruit, but strawberries are regarded as more traditional.

Fear night
Last night I couldn't sleep because I was in a large empty house and it was so frightening. It was like a terror film because all was dark, moreover I could hear a lot of scary noises. Although I didn't see ghosts, I knew that there was something strange.
Hy David,
I'm impacient to see you, so I've organized a day out with you. We'll go to Barcelona by train. First we'll visit the Sagrada Familia and then we are going to have lunch. We'll spend all the afternoon doing tourism. Could we meet at 9am?
Goodbye!
