Dear Sir/Madam,

Last month, 1st March I bought a tablet on your website. The tablet (model) was a Samsung Galaxy E6 and it cost £99.99. It arrived yesterday at my house but then I discovered that something was wrong.

First when I used it was all OK, but then I realised that the volume botton wasn't working. I tried to repare it turning it off and turning it on again, but unfortunately it doesn't work.

So, I write to you to know how I could solve this problem. Maybe I could change it for a new one or you can repare it. If it isn't possible I would like a refund.
